GUIDELINES & ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Medical Patients

  • Medical patients and their caregivers are more than welcome to come right in the building and bypass the line (within capacity guidelines). No preorder is required.
  • Masks are required for all patients (unless not possible due to medical conditions).
  • When you enter the vestibule, hand sanitizing will be required before gaining entry to the dispensary.
  • Cash and debit cards are both acceptable forms of payment.
    ○ Debit transactions are processed as a “cashless ATM” and have a $5 convenience fee (please contact your bank to see if they have additional
    charges). If you spend over $100, the $5 fee will be credited back to your loyalty account as MAC bucks.

Medical In-Store Pickup

  • In-store pickup orders are placed on our medical menu
  • Please start by selecting the medical menu and inserting all your desired items into the cart. Please be aware of your medical allotment. This can
    be found on the MASSCIP medical patient/caregiver portal.
  • If you go over your allotment or store limits, your order will be adjusted and we will let you know the new total upon arrival.
  • When you check out, please select a time window in which you are available to arrive (the time slots are in 15 minute increments). As you
    check out, your patient registration number will be requested.
  • Once you place your order, you will get a confirmation text stating it is being prepared. Once the order is ready, you will receive a message that
    the order is ready for pick up at the time you picked.
  • Please arrive at your allotted time. All customers are required to wear a mask (unless not possible due to a medical condition).
  • When you arrive, please pay attention to the social distancing markers outside and in-store. Be sure to have your state I.D and medical/caregiver
    I.D ready. Expired MASS state I.Ds will be accepted if expired on or after 3/1/20 (as well as other qualifying states).
  • When you enter the vestibule, hand sanitizing will be required before entering into the building.
  • Cash and debit are both accepted for in-store pickup. Debit transactions are processed as a “cashless ATM” and have a $5 convenience fee, please contact your bank to see if they have additional charges. As a medical patient, if your debit total exceeds $100, the $5 fee will be put back onto your account in the form of loyalty points. There is also an ATM onsite.

Recreational Customers

Pre-Order | In-Store Pickup

  •  You will begin by adding your desired items into your cart. The state limit is 1 oz/1 oz flower equivalent of product each day. Certain products are also subject to store limits.
  • Only one order per customer per day is allowed. All additional orders will be canceled. If you go over state/store limits, your order will be adjusted and we will let you know your new total upon arrival.
  • When you check out, please select a time window in which you are available to arrive (the time slots are in 15-minute increments).
